Wow! Forlis is now top of my list. It has gone through several ownerships and recently reopened. Loving the new iteration. They have a full bar. Extensive wine menu with many by-the-glass options. Food was excellent and high quality. Recommend the octopus! Service was wonderful. I'll definitely be back. Thumbs up!

By the end of the meal, we each had clean plates.Our drinks were prompt and delicious.The waiter was very attentive and checked on us regularly.The sourdough bread arrived warm and came with a balsamic vinegar-olive oil-spices mixture that was peppy and smooth.The owner himself came over to say hello to us--he remembered us! From four years ago! He even sent over complimentary Italian liquors to welcome us back. So sweet! We are so happy he has re-entered the restaurant business, and we definitely intend to be repeat customers!My only suggestion has nothing at all to do with our actual dining experience: I'd really love to try a vegetarian pasta dish that is a little lighter on the cheese.
